Hiring from Zencamp is easy.

1️⃣ Pick your dates.

Simply choose the dates you will be away. Can't find what you're looking for? Contact us.

2️⃣ Find your gear.

Find the gear you need to hire and add to cart.

3️⃣ Book in your pick up.

Specify the date you want to pick the gear up and return it. Remember - a refundable security deposit also applies.

  • Renting camping equipment from us is pretty straightforward.  Start by browsing our equipment inventory - which includes tents, stoves, furniture, accessories, and other gear. Once you have selected the gear that suits your needs, specify the desired rental period and provide the necessary info. 

    We'll prepare the equipment for collection from our Acacia Ridge HQ - and in some cases, we even deliver it to you (Brisbane Metro ONLY).  Choose any cleaning equipment or gas canisters - and that's it.  Add to cart, accept our agreement, pay - and you're away!

    When your rental period is complete, return the equipment to our rental location or arrange for pickup, and we'll ensure it's properly maintained for the next renter.

  • If you encounter any issues or cause damage to the hire equipment during your use, please notify us promptly.

    We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Depending on the nature and extent of the issue or damage, we will assess and determine the necessary course of action.

    You may be responsible for repair or replacement costs, so it's advisable to review our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to equipment damages.

    Your prompt communication is appreciated, as it helps us maintain the quality of our rental equipment.

    All equipment is carefully inspected upon return, ready for our next customer.

  • Yes, you can extend the rental period for camping gear if you require it for a longer duration than initially planned.

    To do so, please contact our team to discuss your needs and arrange for an extension.

    We will work with you to update the rental terms and ensure the continued availability of the camp equipment.

    Keep in mind that equipment availability may vary, so it's best to notify us about your extension needs as early as possible to secure the equipment. We're committed to accommodating your changing camping gear requirements.

  • We ask that our customers respect the equipment and treat it as if it were their own.

    If you return equipment to us that is in a dirty condition, you will be charged a cleaning fee.
